AN OPEN INVITATION

Some opportunities begin with a building. Others begin with the feeling that a city is ready for a different kind of hotel.

At Nimi, we’re interested in both. We welcome conversations with property owners, developers, and partners who see the potential for thoughtful hospitality in their communities—and who share our ambition to create places with character, purpose, and lasting value.

A SENSE OF PLACE

A sense of belonging,
wherever we go.

What connects our hotels is an approach: considered design, a personal welcome, and a close relationship with the place around them.

Each new location should bring something of its own. Its architecture, history, creative community, and everyday rhythms help shape the experience. Art and craftsmanship give that story a tangible presence, while thoughtful spaces make it comfortable to settle in.

Bringing Nimi somewhere new starts with understanding what makes that place worth discovering.

FROM VISION TO REALITY

The experience and the
real estate belong together.

A memorable hotel begins long before the first guest arrives.

The Dylin, under construction · Existing character meets new structure

It begins with understanding the market, recognizing a property’s potential, and making careful decisions about how it will be developed and operated. The layout of a room, the materials we choose, and the way a guest moves through the building all have implications for the experience and the business.

Our approach brings development, design, and operations into the same conversation from the beginning, with attention to both what makes a hotel distinctive and what allows it to endure.

THE DYLIN · A CLOSER LOOK

Seeing what a place
can become.

At The Dylin, the journey from existing buildings to welcoming hotel spaces meant working closely with what was already there: brick façades and rooms with their own proportions and character.

Existing structures meet new framing. Unfinished spaces begin to take shape. Details that could easily disappear become part of the finished experience.

That same curiosity guides our interest in new opportunities. Whether the starting point is an existing building, a development site, or an idea for a new location, we want to explore what makes it distinctive—and what it could become through a shared vision.

POSSIBILITIES FOR PARTNERSHIP

Your local knowledge.
Our shared opportunity.

You may own a building ready for its next chapter. You may be developing a site, reconsidering an existing hotel, or see an opening for a Nimi property in a market you know well.

We’d like to understand what you see.

The starting point is a conversation about the location, the opportunity, and what we could create together. From there, we can explore whether there is a shared vision and how a partnership might take shape.
